When using Implicit Grant in GenesysCloud for API login, "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" occurred when logging in and logging out 20 times in a short period of time.
We contacted the PS team regarding this error message, and their response was as follows.
Could you tell me exactly how many hours and minutes PS team mean by "in a short period of time"?
From the ScreenShot message we received, we believe that this is due to many redirects (authentications) being performed in a short period of time.
Please contact our Customer Care or Developer Forum for more detailed specifications, such as how long it takes.
I don't know what they meant; I'd suggest following up with the person who said it to ask that follow-up question.
Without any information, I can't say why you're getting too many redirects. You can check the network console in your browser to see what URLs are issuing redirects to determine what's causing this.

Are access tokens accumulated internally, and if the number of tokens exceeds 20 after repeated logins and logouts, an error occurs?
After logging in and logging out of Genesys Cloud about 20 times, the following error message was output.
"Sorry, Genesys Cloud cannot authenticate you, at this time. ”
"The app you are trying to access redirected too many times."
