We have a situation where when we have an Preview campaign where we need to consult a third party prior to reaching out (dialing) the member via the Cloud. We often will need to engage a language line (translator) to be on the phone prior to reaching the member. We want to call the language line, give the language line translator the particulars of the call (member name, language, particulars of what we need to have asked, etc.) The issue is that we can't seem to conference the Dialer queue with the translator on the phone. Our concern is if the member doesn't speak English, they will not understand that we need to even call the translator and to hold please (just a bad member experience). We need to know if there is a way or a work around to first call the translator, fill them in with the particulars and then call the member via the Preview Campaign and then conference the call together.
Does something like this exist or would this require a custom development?
