Is it possible to connect power bi with purecloud?

Hi kike_zelenza,

Currently we do not have an out-of-the-box integration with Power BI but many customers have successfully used our APIs to send Genesys Cloud analytics data to that Application. Feel free to look for this idea in the Ideas Portal and vote for it there.
