Consult OBJECT drops audio

Hello,
When using the /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/consult endpoint and {

} the consult call goes to the queue but audio from the consulted agent does not join the threeway audio unless the originating agent presses conference. Is this supposed to happen? And if so, is there a way to force the threeway audio without the originating agent pressing anything. (also in console, it says that neither the caller, agent or consulted agent is confined or held)
