We have a customer who want to build a "Contact Us" form on their web page. The form should be send to an ACD queue as an Email so the agent can respond to the customer the way they do with regular email.
Anyone now if this is doable through the Api's?

That part is not something you'll implement using Genesys products. Your website will integrate with a mail provider of your choosing to send an email to the inbox that you've configured to monitor in Genesys cloud.
If you don't want to actually use email, you can build your own solution from the ground up to collect, store, and display feedback in your own web app. You can then route a third party email and use a script to display the information from your 3rd party system. You would also need to build the functionality to compose and send a reply as well. Using email is a lot easier though.
