Conversation Detail data lag

Hello PureCloud team,

We are using the Conversation Detail API to pull all conversations every 3 hrs. we see some missed entries on our api response. on checking further, we see that not all the calls make the response. we have see some calls that have start time around 3 hrs ago also not coming through the api call. only after checking 6 hrs later do we see that some calls have been logged that we could not pick may be because there was a lag.

So the question is

  • do we have a lag?
  • is conversation start time the actual time we can expect a call to make the conversation detail api response?

Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to report missing data. That cannot be investigated on the forum.
