Is it possible scenario that a conversation is reopened after it was closed?

Can you describe to me what you are trying to do? There are multiple steps in the conversation process (including when most people think the conversation is done).

I am filtering conversation when they have a conversationEnd property using the POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query API and process the results.
Is it possible that this end time changes?
