I'm wondering how long last a conversationId for WhatsApp messaging interaction, when does conversationId change? I'm starting and finishing several bot conversations with whatsapp but conversationID keeps the same

@Miquel_Trilla_Romero this is mainly configurable by a setting in your org. Please see Messaging threading timeline - Genesys Cloud Resource Center for more information regarding when conversations are reused, or new ones are started after being disconnected.
