I'm investigating an issue where survey reports performed on separate dates via Interactions View are showing different counts of interactions using the same filter criteria.
When reviewing the details of these 'extra' interactions, I'm seeing a "resolutions" key in the conversations/details response, but I'm not sure what it is referring to.
Is there any context as to what this resolutions key is for?
