She advised me to move to EventBridge from Web Sockets interface because it is more reliable and designed for a server side, which I am.
A question, can I get a conversations events from EventBridge? If yes, please advice how.

I would recommend following up with your Genesys development representative for more details. They should be able to explain to you what topics or integration approach they were suggesting.
worth noting you may be able to use triggers and workflows, depending on your needs.
May find it far simpler to set up triggers for conversation events and use the workflow to call data actions with details.
