Convert image to base64 to be sent in API

Dears,

Please note that we are trying to send an image through a custom webservice data action and we need to send the image in base64. currently what we are doing is to upload the image through the bot flow and then I need to convert this image to base64 and send it in the api request by calling the api from the agent script

Can anyone help in that issue

Can you describe what you are trying to do that isn't working? Are you getting an error?
