Create alert for abandoned call

I need to create an alert to send email whenever an abandoned call occurs. How can I do that?

You could use the built-in alerts functionality.
It could send an email to the user who set up the alert when a certain number calls are abandoned.

I have configured an alert for a certain number of calls abandoned, but the alert is sent only when this number is trigged, for example 10 calls.

What I need is to receive an alert whenever an abandoned call occurs, so I can take action with my team to increase the number of agents for instance.
