Create an email draft

Hi,

I have been using /api/v2/conversations/emails/{conversationId}/messages/draft some years ago and i could alter the body of the email when it landed at the agent.

When i use the api now i get an 200 with the expected response body, but nothing happens in the email at the agent side.

Has this api changed behavior or am i missing something?:slight_smile:

After working with the team associated with this resource, they were able to test and found that the API resource was updating the drafts as expected, so this is most likely an issue with your configuration.
If you take this to Care, they will be able to investigate your configuration, whereas we cannot investigate customer data here.
