Create 'Data' button has gone missing?

I think a bug has happened recently in Genesys Cloud Architect. Myself and a few others do not see the 'Create' button on the 'Data' page of Architect flows... Is this intended design now, or should this be a fault that needs to be raised?

I just ran into this trying to create variables for an in-queue flow.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing, or is this an RTFM/user issue on my side?

Not a bug. You can only add variables on that page in certain flow types. For the rest use an update data action somewhere in your flow.

I'm mistaken about this, then. But also, why only have this function for certain flow types? It feels like an arbitrary restriction.
