Agents must be able to make an outbound call to a contact that comes from the contactlist. When he calls the script and the data of the contactlist linked to this contact must appear and be updated as if he made a call via the campaign. Is it possible ?
I have the impression that we can only send a callback with the phone number of the contact but that will not update the data in the contactlist
Additional question, can agents finally have the possibility of seeing the callback that they have set or still not?
