dear we need your help, we currently have a client who has whatsapp with a connector through chat API and they need to be able to create whatsapp groups to send mass messages through those groups.
the question is which genesys integrations can perform these functions.
Additionally, keep in mind that it will soon be migrated to the OM connector, so the interactions will be from Message.

WhatsApp messaging campaigns (mass or bulk messaging) are not supported in Genesys Cloud as yet, however, this is something that is on our radar for next year. We are looking for feedback from the Genesys community in the meantime so we can further evaluate the use case and requirements.
