Creating a web chat between a supervisor and his agents

Hello, I would like to implement a group chat between a supervisor and his agents in my application. Can you please tell me if there are ways to create something like this?

There is a new internal chat API currently in Beta (not released yet).
You may want to have a look at the Genesys Cloud Beta Community forum and join the Collaborate Chat API Public Preview.
