CRM Web Client - Pop WebRTC Phone window option

Hi everybody
We are using CRM Web Client integrated with SalesForce and we need to use WebRtc phone in the same Sforce's window by setting the apposite option.
The problem is that for intenal policy, agent profile are setted to clean the user cache at logout from OS; someone know where the "Pop WebRTC Phone window." option is stored? in user profile cache's or some other section?

The user settings are stored in browser's local storage.
