.CSV export from Performance>Agents>Performance

Hi,

I've tried the new export to .csv from the performance of Agents overview. The problem is that all the times (Total and Average) are showing like a long number that does not relate to any format of time. I.E. Avg time in Hold can be 40 seconds, but the .csv generates something like 578411848. I cannot export this data, neither correct the format of the field that is getting. Can you get this fixed so it exports the information in a correct format, i.e. total seconds?

Are you referring to a feature in the PureCloud directory client (the main PureCloud application)? I'm not aware of this feature in the developer tools. Questions about the base product should be posted in the PureCloud Community Forum or you can open a case with PureCloud Care.
