I've tried the new export to .csv from the performance of Agents overview. The problem is that all the times (Total and Average) are showing like a long number that does not relate to any format of time. I.E. Avg time in Hold can be 40 seconds, but the .csv generates something like 578411848. I cannot export this data, neither correct the format of the field that is getting. Can you get this fixed so it exports the information in a correct format, i.e. total seconds?
