Hi,

I have a customer using Embeddable Framework, they are not using SSO.

The agents can work in different Genesys Organisations and rather than the Agent having to enter the Genesys Organisation Name manually they want to programatically set the Organisation name, maybe from a drop down list.

Is there any way to set the Genesys Organisation name, either using a url query string parameter or by using custom code?

I had a look at the cookies and there is a cookie for 'https://login.mypurecloud.com' with the attribute name 'pcAuth-prevOrgName', but that cookie is not accessible from the parent frame.
