Custom Client Applications in PureCloud

Today Custom Client Applications has gone Generally Available (GA)! Using this feature customers can embed web applications in the main PureCloud window or in the side panel window. This feature will serve as a foundational capability that demonstrates PureCloud as a true cloud contact center platform. The PureCloud Product Management team are already in advanced discussions with several app vendors to build embedded and streamlined experiences of their applications inside PureCloud. A HUGE shout out to Justin Ray, well done!
