Custom Event Handlers with anncs for menus

(Purecloud Architect)

I need to play an error message for invalid options in a menu:

  1. is there a way to assign custom event handlers to a menu (with audio messages)?
  2. any other way to add custom anncs when invalid options are selected in a menu?
