I was able to create & publish a custom Integration Data Action, which passes the Caller.ANI into Salesforce and returns a container of customer information that I want to access in my call flow.
In Architect, when I select a Call Data Action for the flow, I still only see the static actions; I do not see the new custom action. How do I access the custom action in order to proceed with the flow?
Did you publish your custom action?
Yes I did. It shows up in the list with the static actions as 'Published'.
Okay - my error -- it's listed under Secure Data Actions. Carry on.
FYI - it could be made clearer in the UI that if you check the "secure" data checkbox that it will show in another container, right? Or have the two containers similarly named like: "Call Data Action" and "Call Data Action - Secure" so the human eye goes "oh, hey, it's probably totally over there because I checked the secure box".
Just a thought.
