Customisation of CSS on chat widgets

Hi,

We are adding chat functionality to one of our client websites. We are looking to customise the chat experience with custom CSS inside iFrame. Which means we should be able to completely change how the chat looks like. I know we can set CSS on the iFrame panel itself but we want to modify the CSS inside the iFrame.

I was reading through one of post below:

But I couldn't find if the functionality was actually implemented.

@tim.smith are you able to provide any assistance on whether the functionality is implemented yet or not?

The information in that post should reflect current functionality.

Hi Tim,

It is not clear from the Post wether the functionality is implemented yet.

The post says it has been tracked under SCR WC-200. I am not sure how to access the SCR.

@anon39326996 said that she will provide an update once the functionality is implemented but the post got closed and there was no update.

This is still something that is on the roadmap and there has been no new functionality added that customers can utilize, beyond what is already there today.
