Customize the bubble size for quick reply buttons in web messenger and customize the header

Hi team,

I am using the native genesys web messenger. Is there any way to customize the size/shape/color of the bubbles in quick reply buttons?
I also want to customize/change the header which says " Message Us "in web messenger window. How this can be done?
Request you to guide me on this.

From the above image, I want to customize the shape of the bubbles, the corners of the bubbles should be pointed and not curved. Also If I can rearrange the chips in a proper way , as they are displayed randomly anywhere, i want them in proper sequence.

Also need guidance on changing the header "Message Us" to something else.

What do you consider as "proper sequence" for QR chips? current compact layout is trying to limit the vertical consumption (to avoid scrolling), but we are also exploring alternative layout to have QRs rendered as buttons that stack vertically.

As for Message Us header: we have future plans (no ETA) to customize some labels and also replace header with an indication of currently connected participant (typically, agent's avatar and name) as you'd see on most Messaging Apps.
