Hey, I have read the permissions that Genesys suggests to put for agents as minimum required for functionality, but seems like I can make blind transfers for calls, but not for Experiences (chats). Is there any additional permission I need to put? I cannot find one unfortunately.
conversation > communication > Target
this is the missing permission on Genesys that I didn't seem to find anywhere needed for Chat user search in CX Cloud and it seems to work and allows to search for agents.
