We are using the private embeddable framework with D365 - GC connector for D365 using the channel integration framework
When using C2D with CIF V1, not able to establish communication from a phone call entity by calling an iframe.
The Genesys CIF iframe is not found. Not showing any errors.
Whereas, using the browser inspect tool if we inspect the iframe, then the iframe renders and we are able to make the call using the browser console. The same operation is not working with Dynamics C2D.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
