Dafult language blueprint translator

Everyone

We are using blueprint translator for web messaging, but I have not been able to change the language to show the messages to the agent in the widget window, does anyone know how I can change the language to show the messages in the widget window?

You may choose the agent's preferred language by clicking on Profile > Preferences > Language.
