Data Relationship Model Map

I have a client that is working to build a data warehouse, and we're looking for a data model relationship map that will gives us the relationships between the different data categories (such as queue data, WFM data, QM data, etc.)

Does anyone have something like that, or have you seen such a thing? My next stop is to reach out to some contacts in Product Management to see if that kind of documentation exists internally somewhere.

Hi Chip,

I chatted with one of the product managers and the analytics team. We do not have a documented data model for the Genesys cloud data. Sorry I could not be more help.

One option is to have them download the SDK from GitHub in any language they have a class diagraming tool for and run it through there.
