Hi All,
We are retrieving customer information from database storing in variable (where the properties of the variable had enabled for both input and output) and displaying on agent desktop. When we transfer the call from Agent A to Agent B, the data are seamlessly been transferred but it is also been logged as a part of interaction.
How can I pass data from Agent A to Agent B without been logged under participant data in interaction?
Please advise.
