I noticed in developer tools there is a datatable call under Architect but when test got a 501 not implemented message (/api/v2/flows/datatables). Is there any timetable when this will be implemented? I am assuming that architect would be able to use these to lookup values internally?
I tried searching but could not find any information on them.

Looks like someone jumped the gun on the API docs. The Data Tables feature is set to release this month (May).
In the mean time, you can use the Data actions api to lookup data from external contacts - not perfect as someone could change the data but it is a functional workaround. Once the custom fields for external contacts comes into play I see ALOT of potential.
