I'm needing assistance with adding a 'day of week' check for an inbound call flow (PureCloud).
Scenario: our contact centre is open between Monday - Saturday. I'm about to introduce a unique IVR option for Saturday's only, so I need a 'day of week' check to identify a 'Saturday' and present a unique flow. Need the day to be reflective of my local time zone.
