Hi, I've been searching for ways to debug through the issue in which agent is sending messages but clients (end users of chat) aren't receiving them. Is there any way we can trace what might have happened since we are not able to reproduce this issue as client is not seeing the messages. We want to make sure we log any trace of disconnection between the chat widget and Genesys.
Can anyone please suggest any solution, especially for logging (if there are any)?
