Defining Calling Party Name in Scripter

I'm not sure if this is possible, but Is there a way to pull customer data from the contact list to scripter? specifically, the name of the person so that we can pre-populate it in scripter in the script the agent reads outloud....

I was thinking something like: outbound.contactID, but this is not the right variable to use.

I was thinking that perhaps we can create a custom variable, but I wasn't sure if that was possible either...

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Yes it should be possible, you jut have to set the contact list in the script properties like so:

That will allow you to use variables like {{Outbound.namecolumn}} etc..
