Delay in Recording Download

Hello everyone,

I'm working with download recordings.
I've runned this examples in java and c#: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/tutorials/recordings-downloader/index.html?language=java&step=9

In both ,the problem is that when i execute the job status.. it take around 2 minutos or more downloading every recording. the files have a size around 120Kb becasue are examples to download.

¿ What can i do to improve the download time?

Make sure you're not doing this over wifi and that your network and internet connection have sufficient bandwidth. If you believe the issue is not on your end, you can open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate further.
