Description
Genesys is deprecating the Native LINE third-party messaging channel. As part of the full LINE deprecation, we will deprecate the LINE endpoint that allows for creation of LINE integrations both via API and in the UI. In future we will remove the endpoints from service.
Planned timeline of changes:
- November 29th, 2023 - UI will be restricted to disable the ability to create LINE integrations
- February 1st, 2024 - API will be disabled to create LINE integrations
- April 24th, 2024 - APIs for all LINE capabilities will be disabled

Significant investment is needed to continue to support the Native LINE third-party messaging channel and there is historically low usage with LINE messaging. Therefore Genesys had decided to deprecate and remove the Native LINE messaging capabilities.
Change Impact
Once we remove the APIs from service, you will no longer be able to create LINE Integrations via the APIs.
