Description about Genesys Cloud WebChat cookies - if and when used

Hi,

Customer wanted to have description about how Genesys Cloud WebChat uses cookies (if and when it uses those).

I tried to search but I didn't find anything with Genesys (Pure)Cloud WebChat - all documents mentioning cookies with webchat were for PureEngage I think.

So, do you have a description about if and when cookies are used with Genesys (Pure)Cloud WebChat and where that can be found?

Hello,

This page is for PureEngage and PureCloud v2 WebChat: https://all.docs.genesys.com/WID/Current/Developer/GWCCookies

Except of course the cookies are specific to PureEngage and mention PureEngage V3 or async.
PureCloud Web Chat appears as PureCloud V2 (for WebChat V2 of the protocol).
