With the new layout, it is only possible to have one Dev-Tool window running at a time (one region).
Also you need to specifically sign-off from the dev-tool session to be re-offered the region picker, signing-off will also 'delete' (as expected) the normal (GUI) session token.
It makes supporting customers across 3-4 regions less flexible.
Could you provide a region picker which ignores the browser sessions.

We are actually working on a new account manager. We know the old one is a pain 
We are early in the development of it, but it would allow you to register all of your Genesys Cloud accounts regardless of region and then switch while you are working in the different tools. We do not have a concrete timeline for release yet but keep an eye out on the dev forum and the developer center. We are also looking at refreshing several of our developer tools.
