In case you missed the banner at the top of the site, we are hosting devCon17 next month in Miami. Unlike cx17, devcon is a conference focused just on developers with three tracks focused on each of the three Genesys platforms, PureCloud, PureConnect and PureEngage. For PureCloud, the tracks will focus on integrating to PureCloud, resources available and best practices as well as sessions covering how we build PureCloud to be a fault tolerant system in the cloud.
Aside from the sessions, Genesys developers will be on site to answer questions or discuss integration options. There will also be a hackathon as part of the conference, details will be posted on the main conference site later this week: http://www.genesys.com/conference/devcon17
