Is there an issue with the developer tools website? All I get is a blank page if trying to go to Developer Tools or the Api Explorer, regardless of whether going to a stored address or clicking on the links within the purecloud website.
Use .com.au version, but even the .com site does nothing (doesn't even try to authenticate me).

Had thought it was just corporate network but actually happens at home too ... cached / older version of the page works, but in an incognito window on Chrome at home it won't work either ... looking at source, ... seems like broken version is looking for https://.../developer-tools/476/assets/... while the page that still works for me is looking for https://.../developer-tools/472/assets/...
That may or may not be related to why it's not working ... just something that jumped out.
The currently deployed build should be valid (as of this post). Let me know if you're still having issues.
