Developing the WebMessaging app for Android using "CSS pixels"

We would like to develop an Android app for WebMessaging. However, when creating the app, the GenesysCloud chat window displays in full-screen on Android devices, rendering the original screen invisible. Customer support suggested using the "viewport" feature, but our customers have inquired about the availability of "CSS pixels". We would like to confirm whether or not "CSS pixels" can be used when developing the WebMessaging Android app.
