Dialer Campaign results

Hello there,

I need to understand where to look at when we want to see the campaign dialing results. In other words, where can I find conversations generated by dialer that went through a live agent, what conversations where abandonded, what was the contact rate by contact list record.

Please any advise!!!.

If you're looking for OOTB views and reports, try asking on the Community Forum or searching on the Resource Center; this forum is for development-specific inquiries. You can use the Analytics APIs with a filter on campaign ID to get analytics data for campaign calls.
