Dialog Engine Chat bot Failing with NoMatchError

Hello

A dialog engine chat bot we have just started testing was working fine this weekend, but this morning when testing started again it is failing to match any intent. (with error NoMatchError: No intent was identified.)

I have tried entering multiple values that are existing utterances in the bot (an worked great in the past), but it all go straight to the error case.

Any ideas what might cause this>?

Follow up information. I have tried:

  1. republishing the dialog chat bot
  2. republishing the chat flow
  3. reassigning the chat flow to the widget

None of that has worked.

There is defn an internal failure happening
