I am currently getting a NoMatchError on Architect when a fallback intent has been triggered 4 times in Dialogflow. Are there any flexibility regarding this counter? For example, changing 4 times to 3 times. Seems like there is no way to change this default behaviour.
Even with the Architect tools, I am unable to preserve the contexts after Dialogflow passes the session to Genesys Cloud. This creates a lot of limitations to the bot design.
