When using "Ask for Yes/No" is it normal behaviour for it to not detect utterances and match to an intent?
For example
Digital Bot provides information and asks if there's anything else that I can help with?
Customer provides utterance (that matches to an Intent) rather than "Yes/No"
The bot will apologize and ask for Yes/No
This forces customers to select Yes which could lead to "Wait for Input" action rather than allowing for the conversation to continue.
