I am using dialogflow cx bot which is called in inbound message flow and is further deployed on web page. I want to disable text input for customer as we only want chips as option to answer the question in web messenger.
I referred to documents but did not found any way to do so.
Is there any web messenger plugin available which can disable the text input bar from the messenger box?
Can you suggest any other work around, such as :
• Keeping the text entry field, but disabling the ability to enter in text
• Keeping the text entry field, allowing ability to enter in text; however disabling the send / enter functionality
