We have been using widget 1.0 for chat as only widget 1.0 supports co-browse. Now as soon as a customer initiates a chat, and been waiting for an agent to answer the chat, he / she can still post their query in the "text box" of the chat window / widget.
Is there any way we can disable the "text box" in the chat window / widget until an agent joins the conversation?
In other words we are looking for a way to restrict customers to type their queries until an agent join the conversation.
