New to the Developer Forum and was pointed here by Genesys Support so hoping someone can assist.
We are trying to display the Genesys Dashoards (Performance > Dashboards) via our Digital Signage application "AppSpace" onto TV’s we have installed across our Sites.
The Digital Signage app is directly integrated with the TV's via a chromebox and helps us manage what can be displayed where.
We are hitting a blocker where the Genesys dashboards aren’t displaying regardless of which login/dashboard we use.
All other URL's and apps seem to work fine via AppSpace, however Genesys is the only platform that doesn't display via the AppSpace digital signage app.
Wanted to find out:
- If there are any limitation with the way dashboards are made available on Genesys Cloud? Is the data limited to a private network?
- If there are any other Genesys customers experiencing similar issues above? If so, how it was resolved?
- What other customers might be using to display the dashboards onto contact centre TV’s
- What solutions we can adopt to display the dashboards without having to directly connect a laptop to a TV screen
