Document Workspace: How to disable document upload

Hi Genesys,

we want to use the GC Documents functionality, to publish documents by Supervisors that could be read by Agents.

We have solved that creating workspaces and giving Read Only permissions to agents.

but we have the following concerns:

  • Is there any way (permissions or configuration) to disable the "Personal Workspace" to avoid that agents upload documents to their "My Workspace"?

  • If there's no way to disable that, how could we avoid that those documents will be shared among other users?

  • We have Skill Expression Groups to dinamically assign agents to queues. Is there any way to assign users to workspaces based on those Skill Based groups?
