Does Genesys Bot Connector support Web Socket url to receive Utterances?

After installing the Genesys Bot Connector Plugin, on the Configuration tab, the plugin expects Bot Connector Handle Utterance URI to receive the utterances from the custom bot. The sample shows "The URI called by Genesys to relay an utterance from a chat to the Bot Connector bot. (eg, https://mycustomserver:443/botconnector/postutterance)".

Instead of configuring it to a https url, can i configure it to a wss url?

No, Genesys Bot Connector does not support websocket url. It works with an HTTP(s) POST (webhook approach).
